I come to executive therapy after a 25 year career in technology, with nine of those years in executive roles. I’ve worked for start-ups and public companies; I’ve been part of exits and acquisitions; I have seven patents and have worked with clients on five continents. Through it all, I always wanted to understand what might be holding me back and what could make me better. To thrive, I needed to do deep work. I’ve trained as a therapist to help others do the same.

I love working with start-up founders and young leaders, as well as established professionals and senior executives. I feel a special kinship with those who don’t quite fit the mold and who need to find their way while being outsiders to the dominant culture.

Executive therapy isn’t just for business—I also work with non-profit and public sector leaders, academics, doctors, and lawyers.
